What is a Mastermind?
A mastermind is a peer support group who learn and grow together. Usually meeting weekly or monthly on video calls with between 4 and 6 people.
Mastermind groups provide you with a sounding board to bounce ideas off when you’re feeling stuck. They help you with feedback, support, encouragement and most importantly provide you with accountability for your goals.
You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.
A mastermind helps you to surround yourself with people who understand your story and what you’re going through.
